Capsule: Through a gated entrance off 77th Street is the island community of Biscayne Point, a tranquil neighborhood of tree-lined streets and waterfront homes. Homes on the southern side face Normandy Island, while those on the north have a more open view out over Biscayne Bay. Since a canal runs down through the middle of the island, almost all homes on Biscayne Point have water frontage.
