Capsule: Located in the Intracoastal just off Williams Island in Aventura, Island Estates consists of two small islands featuring two and three story custom-built estate residences designed in the Mizner tradition. The first island, with 22 homes, is nearing completion, and construction is expected to start soon on the second island. A private on-site marina will provide easy ocean access for yachts.
